They’ve Been Gifted: Opportunity for Generosity!

Suddenly a man in shining clothes stood before me and said, ‘Cornelius, God has heard your prayer and remembered your gifts to the poor…’

From Acts 10: 30,31

God delights in our generosity.

Cornelius, a gentile believer, was invited into an intimate, eternal relationship with the living God. This man’s generosity to the poor was an indicator of a heart for the concerns of God.

God still looks for His people to aid the less fortunate.

This may seem a tall order with expectations for gift giving in the Christmas season.

There is a way to bless both loved ones and the less fortunate!

They’ve Been Gifted is coming in early December.

Christ Community Chapel, with campuses in Hudson, Stow, Aurora and Highland Square is providing an opportunity for your generosity to be a double blessing.

First, your gifts for loved ones can be unique, hand-made artisanal creations.

Second, 100 percent of the proceeds will go to a Christ Community Chapel local or global outreach ministry that serves the less fortunate.  The recipient of your gift will also receive a card describing the mission of the ministry supported by the purchase of the gift.  This provides the chance to match the heartbeat of the recipient with a cause near and dear to them.  And, the recipient can rejoice that They've Been Gifted typically benefits over 2,800 lives served by participating ministries.

Mobility Worldwide OH-Stow, which manufactures PET mobility carts for he leg disabled in developing countries, is one of the ministry partners that will participate in They've Been Gifted.

Cocina works for the education and long term betterment of the poor in Haiti.

You can also come away with the satisfaction that your giving has helped support God’s Kingdom work in biblical justice and mercy causes.

Why not check out They’ve Been Gifted, and see if it provides a means to a more meaningful Christmas?
