SOS: South Street’s Trails’N’Rails combines fun & serving!

For August, our SOS (Simple Opportunities to Serve) featured ministry partner is South Street Ministries.

18 With him we are sending the brother who is famous among all the churches for his preaching of the gospel. 19 And not only that, but he has been appointed by the churches to travel with us as we carry out this act of grace that is being ministered by us, for the glory of the Lord himself and to show our good will.

Many times, sharing the Gospel requires mobility.

South Street Ministries combines the efforts of unlikely partners taking shared risks to renew our community for Christ’s sake. Those unlikely partners are holding a September 13^th fundraiser, called Trails’N’Rails, that combines mobility, exercise and family fun time for participants.  The event, which includes a bike ride, a fun train ride and a picnic carnival, will increase awareness of the Gospel-led ministry being done through South Street.
