The Gospel
is about following Jesus. And, following
Jesus is in part about serving as He serves, sacrificially.
His followers are Jesus’ hands and feet today.
As part of
Christ Community Chapel’s Serving Spree, community groups have volunteered to
serve the less fortunate at Haven of Rest rescue mission. Providing food and shelter, as well as
sharing the Gospel, are crucial for the rescue at at-risk men, women and
children in the Akron area. These CCC community groups have recently stepped up
to help serve meals at Haven of Rest.
